Parts Sales and Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls and emails.  Process orders and answer technical questions.
  • Assist customers with their service and warranty needs.
  • Ensure accuracy while entering orders into system, print labels and process credit cards for parts sales.
  • Ensure all parts orders are boxed and shipped correctly.
  • Assist with periodic inventories.
  • Other duties/projects as directed by management.


Qualifications:
  • Technical aptitude; must be able to quickly gain knowledge of our products and components. 
  • 1 -3 years of high-volume inbound calls in a business-to-business manufacturing environment, or other closely related industry.
  • Minimum of associate’s degree, or comparable experience.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone demeanor.
  • ERP experience preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
